根据《福建省旅游星级饭店评定委员会关于做好2025年度旅游星级饭店复核工作的通知》（闽旅星评委〔2025〕5号），各地星评委严密组织和全省星评员的密切配合下，2025 年度全省四星级饭店评定性复核工作基本完成。全省评定性复核下达任务10家，通过8家，延迟1家，取消1家（详见《2025 年四星级饭店评定性复核结果》），现予以公示。<br>
