根据《全国经济普查条例》规定，国务院决定在2023年开展第五次全国经济普查。按照《第五次全国经济普查方案——福建省实施方案》要求，2024年1-4月将在全省范围内进行经济普查登记，现将有关事项公告如下：<br>
一、普查对象。福建省内从事第二产业和第三产业活动的全部法人单位、产业活动单位和个体经营户。<br>
二、普查时间。普查标准时点为2023年12月31日，普查时期资料为2023年年度资料。<br>
三、普查内容。普查对象的基本情况、组织结构、人员工资、生产能力、财务状况、生产经营、能源生产和消费、固定资产投资、研发活动、信息通信技术应用和数字化转型情况、数字经济活动、投入产出情况等。<br>
四、普查方式。在全面清查的基础上，对法人单位和产业活动单位进行全面调查，对个体经营户进行抽样调查，对投入产出调查单位采取重点调查和典型调查相结合的方式进行调查。<br>
一套表单位（规模以上工业、有资质的建筑业、限额以上批发和零售业、限额以上住宿和餐饮业、有开发经营活动的全部房地产开发经营业和规模以上服务业法人单位），请于2024年1月1日至3月10日普查登记期间，登录第五次全国经济普查数据采集处理系统（https://5jpcjcl.stats.gov.cn/survey），按要求填报普查登记表；非一套表单位和个体经营户，在2024年1月1日至4月30日普查登记期间，将有佩戴普查员证或普查指导员证的普查人员进入你单位进行登记。<br>
采用自主填报方式填报数据的单位，请登录第五次全国经济普查数据采集处理系统，或在微信登录“五经普自主填报”小程序，按照要求填报普查登记表。投入产出调查单位，请将填写的投入产出调查电子统计台账导入数据采集处理系统，报送投入产出调查登记表。<br>
五、普查工作要求。请各普查对象提前准备好相关证照和与普查有关的会计、统计、业务核算或收入支出等资料，积极配合普查人员准确采集填报相关信息。接受和积极配合调查，如实、按时填报普查表是每一个普查对象应尽的法定义务，普查对象不得虚报、瞒报、迟报、拒报普查数据，任何单位和个人不得篡改普查资料和编造虚假数据。普查机构及普查人员依法对普查对象提供的数据信息严格保密。普查数据信息仅用于普查目的，除作为统计执法依据外，不作为对普查对象实施行政许可、行政处罚等具体行政行为的依据。<br>
