U.S. Issues Final Determination in First Countervailing Duty Sunset Review of Twist Ties

The U.S. Department of Commerce announced its final determination in the first countervailing duty sunset review of twist ties imported from China, ruling that revocation of the existing countervailing duty would lead to continuation or recurrence of subsidies at a rate of 111.96%.
