1-3月，全省固定资产投资（不含农户）（以下简称投资）同比增长2.5%；扣除房地产开发投资，全省投资增长5.9%。<br>
一、基础设施投资较快增长<br>
1-3月，全省基础设施投资同比增长16.3%，占全省投资的比重为34.0%，比上年同期提高4.0个百分点，拉动全省投资增长4.9个百分点。分行业看，公共设施管理业投资增长21.5%，电力、热力生产和供应业投资增长20.6%。<br>
二、制造业投资稳步增长<br>
1-3月，全省制造业投资同比增长5.9%，增幅比全省投资高3.4个百分点，占全省投资的比重为36.8%，比上年同期提高1.2个百分点。31个行业大类中有18个行业增长，行业增长面58.1%。部分行业快速增长，其中仪器仪表制造业投资增长158.2%，铁路、船舶、航空航天和其他运输设备制造业投资增长128.0%。<br>
三、高技术产业投资力度加大<br>
1-3月，全省高技术产业投资同比增长49.1%，增幅比1-2月提高6.0个百分点；占全省投资的比重为12.2%，比1-2月提高0.6个百分点。其中，高技术制造业投资增长50.1%，高技术服务业投资增长44.8%。<br>
四、新增项目投资增势良好<br>
1-3月，全省新增项目（不含房地产）数同比增长2.8%，计划总投资增长28.5%，本年完成投资增长32.2%，拉动全省项目投资增长5.2个百分点。其中，亿元以上新增项目计划总投资增长35.1%，本年完成投资增长40.5%，占全部新增项目本年完成投资的比重为70.6%。 <br>
