1-4月，全省固定资产投资（不含农户）同比下降0.2%；扣除房地产开发投资，全省投资增长2.7%。 <br>
一、基础设施投资持续增长 <br>
1-4月，全省基础设施投资同比增长9.8%，拉动全省投资增长2.9个百分点。分行业看，公共设施管理业投资增长13.2%，电力、热力生产和供应业投资增长10.9%。 <br>
二、制造业投资稳步增长 <br>
1-4月，全省制造业投资同比增长4.0%，增幅比全省投资高4.2个百分点。31个行业大类中有17个行业增长，行业增长面54.8%，其中仪器仪表制造业投资增长159.3%，铁路、船舶、航空航天和其他运输设备制造业投资增长143.8%。 <br>
三、科技研究和技术行业投入加大 <br>
1-4月，全省科学研究和技术服务业投资同比增长88.4%，增速比一季度提高34.0个百分点。其中，研究和试验发展投资增长76.8%；专业技术服务业投资增长136.2%；科技推广和应用服务业投资增长71.3%。 <br>
