为做好省人民政府2025年立法计划编制工作，提高立法的公众参与度,增强政府立法透明度，扩大立法工作的科学性和民主性，根据《中华人民共和国立法法》和《福建省人民政府法规草案和政府规章制定程序规定》等相关规定，公开征集2025年立法项目建议。现将有关事宜公告如下：<br>
一、征集内容<br>
深入贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会、省第十一次党代会和省委十一届五次全会精神，紧扣中国式现代化的立法需求，聚焦新福建建设宏伟蓝图和“四个更大”重要要求，围绕省委、省政府中心工作，着力推动经济社会高质量发展、保障和改善民生、促进新质生产力发展、推进生态文明建设、深化两岸融合发展、提升社会治理水平、加强政府自身建设等重点领域、新兴领域、特色领域立法方面的项目建议。<br>
二、征集要求<br>
立法项目建议应当明确立法项目名称、立法的必要性、可行性以及需要解决的主要问题和拟确立的主要制度等内容。有立法项目草案建议稿的，欢迎一并提交相关资料。为方便沟通联系，请注明建议人姓名和联系方式。以机关、团体、企事业单位名义提出的，请加盖公章。<br>
省司法厅对征集到的立法项目建议，将会同有关部门认真研究论证，按照有关规定要求提出是否列入省政府2025年度立法计划的意见。<br>
三、征集时间<br>
即日起至2024年9月28日。<br>
四、征集方式<br>
（一）邮寄：书面建议请寄至：福建省福州市西门井边亭11号福建省司法厅法治调研处（邮编：350003），并在信封上注明“立法项目建议”字样。<br>
（二）电子邮件：电子版请发至fjfzdyc@126.com,邮件主题注明“立法项目建议”。<br>
