有关市、县（区）民政局（老区办）、财政局，平潭综合实验区社会事业局、财政金融局：<br>
根据《福建省促进革命老区发展条例》规定，参照《退役军人事务部 财政部关于调整部分优抚对象等人员抚恤和生活补助标准的通知》（退役军人部发〔2025〕42号），经省政府同意，从2025年8月1日起调整我省革命“五老”人员定期生活补助标准。现就有关事项通知如下：<br>
一、调整标准。革命“五老”人员定期生活补助标准，在现行标准每人每月2100元的基础上增加59元，调整后的标准为每人每月2159元。<br>
二、经费分担。调整补助标准所需经费，仍由省、市、县（区）财政按7:2:1比例负担。2025年8月至12月提标所需经费省级负担部分由省财政厅另文下达，市、县（区）财政负担部分应及时安排下达，确保尽快发放到位。厦门市所需资金自行解决。<br>
