各设区市民政局、财政局，平潭综合实验区社会事业局、财政金融局：<br>
根据《福建省民政厅 福建省财政厅关于提高孤儿基本生活最低养育标准并建立自然增长机制的通知》（闽民规〔2023〕7号）精神，从2026年7月1日起调整我省孤儿基本生活最低养育标准。现就有关事项通知如下：<br>
一、调整标准。孤儿基本生活最低养育标准在现行标准的基础上，与2025年我省居民人均可支配收入实际增幅同幅度增长5.1%。调整后，集中养育孤儿基本生活最低养育标准为每人每月2454元，社会散居孤儿基本生活最低养育标准为每人每月1987元。艾滋病病毒感染儿童和事实无人抚养儿童参照孤儿标准发放。<br>
二、经费分担。提高孤儿基本生活最低养育标准所需经费，省级财政承担部分按照省级分担比例给予补助，市、县（区）财政承担的部分应及时安排下达，确保按时足额发放到位。厦门市所需资金自行解决。 <br>
