State Council's Official Reply on Approving the Establishment of National Reading Activity Week

The State Council approves the National Press and Publication Administration's request to designate the fourth week of April each year, starting from 2026, as National Reading Activity Week, and directs the administration to coordinate implementation with relevant departments.
