class="trs_editor_view TRS_UEDITOR trs_paper_default trs_web">习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立105周年大会上深刻指出，要不断增强党的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力。这“四力”，是对百年大党成功密码的科学总结，是锤炼和评价党的执政本领的重要抓手，也是新时代推进中国式现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴的政治组织保证。<br>
增强党的政治领导力，是确保党和国家事业始终沿着正确方向前进的“定盘星”。政治领导力在党的领导力体系中居于统领地位，关乎方向、关乎大局。百余年来，无论是革命战争年代的腥风血雨考验，还是社会主义建设和改革时期的探索实践，党始终坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、求真务实，注重在社会矛盾运动中揭示和运用真理，善于在实践中检验和发展真理，不断以新的理论指导新的实践，确保党和人民事业沿着正确方向前进。<br>
当前，我国发展正处于战略机遇和风险挑战并存、不确定难预料因素增多时期，需要时刻准备经受风高浪急甚至惊涛骇浪的重大考验。我们必须深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信，始终在思想上政治上行动上同党中央保持高度一致，努力把党的政治领导力提高到一个新水平。必须保持道不变、志不改的定力，凡事对标党中央决策部署，善于透过现象看本质，分清主流支流、辨别风险隐患，在大是大非面前保持清醒头脑，在风浪考验面前无所畏惧，确保党中央决策部署在基层落地生根、开花结果。<br>
增强党的思想引领力，是凝聚全党全社会共识的“主心骨”。它是党依靠科学理论、先进价值理念和强大精神力量，引领全党全社会坚定理想信念、统一思想共识、校正发展方向、抵御错误思潮、团结人民共同奋斗的综合能力，是党的核心执政能力之一。其本质是以党的创新理论掌握群众、引领时代，牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权，确保国家发展始终沿着正确方向前进。<br>
增强党的思想引领力，必须坚持理论创新，固本培元，持续推进马克思主义中国化时代化，坚持“两个结合”，用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想回应时代课题、解答社会困惑，以真理力量夯实思想引领的理论根基。必须深化常态化理论武装，严格落实党内学习制度，分层分类开展大众化理论宣讲，把党的创新理论转化为群众听得懂、能认同、可践行的朴素道理，推动理论入脑入心、凝聚社会共识。必须创新思想舆论传播方式，顺应新媒体传播规律，丰富宣传载体、创新话语方式，用群众喜闻乐见的形式讲好新时代故事，壮大主流舆论声音，提升主流思想的传播力、感染力和影响力。必须涵养主流价值文化，大力弘扬伟大建党精神，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，将主流价值融入社会治理、文明创建和日常生活，潜移默化地凝聚全社会共同价值追求。<br>
增强党的群众组织力，是汇聚磅礴力量的“力量源泉”。江山就是人民，人民就是江山。党的最大政治优势是密切联系群众，善于将亿万人民组织起来、动员起来，为共同目标而奋斗。增强党的群众组织力，是践行党的群众路线、坚守初心宗旨的内在要求，是夯实党长期执政群众根基的根本保障，是完善基层治理、妥善化解多元社会矛盾、从容应对各类风险挑战的现实需要，更是打通政策落地“最后一公里”、把党的主张转化为群众自觉行动的关键依托。只有把亿万群众有效组织起来，才能充分激发人民群众的主动性创造性，为推进中国式现代化汇聚不竭动力。<br>
增强党的群众组织力，要以基层党组织为战斗堡垒，织密覆盖城乡、新业态、新就业群体的组织网络，推进党的组织和工作全域覆盖；坚持把服务群众摆在首位，聚焦就业、养老、医疗等群众急难愁盼办实事解难题，以民生实效拉近党群距离，健全屋场恳谈会、网格议事、民情走访等常态化联系群众机制，畅通群众诉求表达渠道；坚持党建带群建，充分发挥工会、共青团、妇联等群团组织桥梁纽带作用，联动各类社会组织拓宽联系群众渠道；创新分众化群众工作方式，适配青年、新业态从业者等群体特点用好线上线下宣传载体，用通俗话语凝聚思想共识，充分发挥党员先锋模范作用，推动党员下沉基层、参与志愿服务与基层治理，以党员示范带动群众广泛参与公共事务。<br>
增强党的社会号召力，是画好最大同心圆的“强力磁石”。党的社会号召力是党动员感召各阶层社会力量、凝聚发展合力的综合能力，与政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力相辅相成。增强党的社会号召力，是推进中国式现代化、汇聚民族复兴磅礴伟力的力量支撑，是化解多元利益分歧、夯实党长期执政群众根基的必然要求，是应对各类内外风险挑战、实现全民同心共克时艰的关键保障，也是凝聚主流价值共识、牢牢掌握意识形态工作主动权的内在需要。<br>
增强党的社会号召力，就要坚守为民初心，依靠辉煌的执政成就和为人民谋幸福的实际行动来赢得民心，用实实在在的获得感、幸福感、安全感激励人民。要聚焦群众急难愁盼办好民生实事，以实干实绩赢得群众信任；要健全全域党组织与群团组织体系，延伸工作触角实现各类群体全覆盖，适配不同群体传播习惯创新新媒体宣传方式，用通俗话语传递党的理念主张，发挥党员先锋模范作用，以党员示范带动群众主动响应号召；要用好统一战线法宝，联络团结各民主党派、社会组织，兼顾多元群体诉求，画出全社会团结奋斗的最大同心圆；还要以风清气正的政治生态和清正廉洁的政党形象感召社会，坚决清除一切损害党的先进性和纯洁性的因素、清除一切侵蚀党的健康肌体的病毒，在革命性锻造中更加坚强有力，让广大人民群众看到党的自我革命的坚定决心。<br>
增强党的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力是一个紧密联系、相互贯通的有机整体。政治领导力是统领，思想引领力是基础，群众组织力是源泉，社会号召力是目标指向。只有“四力”协同发力、相辅相成，才能确保我们党永葆旺盛生命力和强大战斗力。作为新时代的奋斗者，必须将增强“四力”内化于心、外化于行、固化于制，以坚如磐石的信心、只争朝夕的劲头、坚韧不拔的毅力，在推进中国式现代化的伟大征程中，不断书写属于我们这一代共产党人的辉煌篇章！<br>
