中国共产党的百余年征程，是一部与人民休戚与共、同心同德、携手奋进的恢宏史诗。百余年奋斗实践充分证明，人民是党执政兴国最深厚的根基、最坚实的底气。习近平党建思想始终坚守人民至上根本立场，把维护群众根本利益、凝聚全民奋进合力作为党建工作的根本落点。当前百年变局加速演进，国际格局深刻调整，国内改革发展纵深推进，各类风险挑战交织叠加。走好新时代赶考之路，必须以高质量党建凝心铸魂、集智聚力，牢牢站稳人民立场，充分激活群众实干创业、开拓进取的内生动能，为全域高质量发展、民族复兴伟业积蓄长远制胜优势。<br>
坚持党建引领、站稳人民立场，是我们党依靠人民开创伟业、砥砺前行的根本遵循。习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话深刻昭示，江山就是人民，人民就是江山。新时代党的建设总要求以政治建设为统领，明确要求广大党员干部淬炼为民初心、厚植为民情怀，夯实为民服务的政治自觉、思想自觉、行动自觉。各级党组织必须常态化践行党的群众路线，将问需于民、问计于民、问效于民贯穿决策部署、落地落实全过程。从履职调研实践来看，发展瓶颈、治理难题、民生短板、服务弱项，均根植于基层一线、关乎群众切身福祉。当前部分领域工作脱离基层实际、服务落地虚化、惠民举措精准度不足，根本症结在于党群联系不够紧密、为民履职导向不够鲜明坚定。<br>
必须以高质量党建校准发展航向、锚定为民初心，引导广大党员干部扎根基层、深耕群众，紧扣时代发展所需、基层治理所急、人民群众所盼谋划事业、推动落实，确保各项事业发展始终植根人民、服务人民、造福人民。党建凝心聚能、赋能兴业，是依靠人民伟力破解发展瓶颈、推动事业提质增效的核心路径。党的严密组织体系，是密切党群血肉联系、汇聚民智民力的独特政治优势，也是新时代破局突围、开创新局的重要制度支撑。全域覆盖的基层党组织，搭建起党群联动、上下贯通、协同共治的坚实纽带，广泛吸纳基层实践经验、汇聚群众首创活力。立足履职实践，依托界别党组织常态化下沉一线、联系群众，联动各方力量围绕发展提质、民生改善、基层治理、公共普惠等领域广集众智、凝聚合力，形成一系列务实高效的履职成果。实践充分证明，党建引领能够畅通民意传导渠道、整合全域发展资源，推动群众首创精神与国家发展战略同频共振、同向发力。<br>
坚持党建引领、凝聚人民合力，是我们党依靠人民抵御风险挑战、接续砥砺奋进的坚实保障。勇于自我革命，是百年大党永葆先进纯洁、维系党群血肉联系的关键。全面从严治党的本质要义，是坚决纠治脱离群众、漠视民生、履职懈怠等突出问题，确保全党始终与人民风雨同舟、休戚与共。各行各业履职用权、推进事业、资源配置，事关发展全局、紧扣民生福祉。各级党组织要始终坚持严的主基调不动摇，健全全域闭环监督体系，坚决整治形式主义、官僚主义以及资源配置失衡、履职担当弱化等突出问题，完善为民履职、惠民利民的考核导向机制，引导广大党员干部摒弃浮躁功利、坚守实干初心，扎根基层攻坚破难、主动担当作为，以清正党风政风涵养众志成城、团结奋进的优良政治生态。<br>
百年征程壮阔恢宏，人民伟力生生不息。建党105周年是鉴往知来、承前启后、启新奋进的重要历史节点，习近平总书记“七一”重要讲话，为依靠人民推进复兴伟业、开创时代新篇定向领航、固本培元。我们要深学笃行习近平党建思想，始终坚守人民至上根本立场，恪守建言资政、凝聚共识核心职能，深耕基层调研、广聚民智民力，以高质量履职服务保障高质量发展，永葆为民初心、勇担时代使命，在推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程、中国式现代化建设新征程中实干笃行、建功立业。<br>
