Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Tax Issues Concerning Lufthansa German Airlines' Commencement of Flights to China

This notice instructs the Beijing and Shanghai tax authorities to exempt Lufthansa German Airlines from business tax and corporate income tax on its international transportation income from China, in accordance with bilateral tax agreements and the avoidance of double taxation treaty between China and Germany.
