各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局：<br> 我国政府和葡萄牙政府于1998年4月2l曰在北京正式签署的关于对所得避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定，业经双方外交部分别于1998年6月16曰和2000年5月9曰互致照会，确认已完成该协定生效的法律程序。根据该协定第二十八条的规定，协定应自2000年6月7日起生效，自2001年1月1日起执行。上述协定文本，总局已于1998年4月27日以国税函[1998]258号文印发给你们，请依照执行。
