Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Text of the Protocol to the China-Pakistan Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and Requesting Preparations for Implementation

This notice forwards the text of the Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of China and the Government of Pakistan for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income, signed on June 19, 2000, and instructs local tax authorities to prepare for its implementation pending completion of legal procedures.
