Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on the Entry into Force of the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation between China and Egypt

This notice announces that the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income between China and Egypt has entered into force on March 24, 1999, and will be effective from January 1, 2000. It instructs local tax authorities to implement the agreement accordingly.
