This notice, issued jointly by the State Administration of Taxation and the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, provides supplementary guidance on the installation of tax control devices at gas stations under petroleum and petrochemical groups. It has been fully annulled as of May 29, 2016, per Announcement No. 34 of 2016 of the State Administration of Taxation.
