Notice on the Entry into Force and Implementation of the Agreement between the Government of China and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Tax Evasion

This notice announces that the double taxation avoidance agreement between China and Kyrgyzstan has entered into force on March 29, 2003, and is applicable to income derived in tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2004. It instructs local tax authorities to implement the agreement accordingly.
