Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on the Implementation of the Agreement between China and Georgia for the Avoidance of Double Taxation

This notice announces the entry into force and implementation of the bilateral tax treaty between China and Georgia, which was signed on June 22, 2005, and will take effect from November 10, 2005, with application from January 1, 2006.
