Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting the Scope of Consolidated Tax Payment for Anhua Agricultural Insurance Co., Ltd. and Sunshine Property Insurance Co., Ltd.

This notice specifies that from 2006 onward, newly added branches of Anhua Agricultural Insurance and Sunshine Property Insurance must have their corporate income tax consolidated and paid by the respective headquarters, in accordance with the provisions of Guo Shui Fa [2001] No. 13.
