为落实《车辆购置税征收管理办法》（国家税务总局令第15号），国家税务总局印制了《设有固定装置免税车辆图册（2007年第一册、总第八册）》（见附件），现印发给你们，作为各地税务机关办理设有固定装置非运输车辆免税的依据，自2006年7月1日起执行。
