Notice of the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation on the Collection and Management Measures for Tax Preference Policies to Promote the Employment of Disabled Persons

This document establishes the collection and management procedures for tax incentives (including business tax, corporate income tax, and value-added tax) aimed at promoting the employment of disabled persons, jointly issued by three national authorities.
