北京、上海、天津、重庆、辽宁、山东、江苏、浙江、福建、湖北、湖南、广东、新疆、四川省（自治区、直辖市）国家税务局、宁波市国家税务局：<br> 现就兴业银行股份有限公司所属分支机构缴纳企业所得税的问题通知如下：<br> 从2007年度起，兴业银行股份有限公司所属乌鲁木齐分行（地址：新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市），按照《国家税务总局关于汇总（合并）纳税企业实行统一计算、分级管理、就地预缴、集中清算所得税问题的通知》（国税发〔2001〕13号）的规定纳入汇总纳税范围，与其他汇总缴纳企业所得税的分行，统一按照30%的比例就地预缴企业所得税。
