Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Clarifying the Implementation Period of Tax Policies for Domestic Heavy-Duty Gas Turbines

This notice extends the tax preferential policies for domestic heavy-duty gas turbines until December 31, 2007, as stipulated in the supplementary notice (Cai Shui [2004] No. 124), due to the absence of major changes in VAT policy during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period.
