根据《国家税务总局关于公布全文失效废止和部分条款废止的税收规范性文件目录的公告》(国家税务总局公告2016年第34号)，自2016年5月29日起，全文废止。<br> 湖北、重庆、四川、陕西、甘肃、青海省（市）国家税务局、地方税务局、财政厅（局）：<br> 为帮助地震灾区纳税人尽快恢复生产经营，切实减轻纳税人经济负担，经研究，现就地震灾区纳税人补办税务登记证的问题通知如下：<br> 纳税人因地震而损毁、丢失税务登记证的，主管税务机关应根据纳税人的申请，及时予以补发。对纳税人申请补发的税务登记证，一律免收税务登记证工本费。<br> 国家税务总局  财政部<br> 二〇〇八年六月六日
