Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Increasing the Export Rebate Rate for Certain Mechanical and Electronic Products

This notice raises the export tax rebate rates for selected high-tech and high-value-added mechanical and electronic products, effective from January 1, 2009. Specific products such as inertial navigation systems, industrial robots, and motorcycles see rate increases from 13%-14% to 17% or from 11%-13% to 14%.
