This notice, now fully abolished, previously outlined requirements for strengthening the follow-up management of transfer pricing. It has been superseded by the Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the Measures for the Administration of Special Tax Investigation, Adjustment and Mutual Agreement Procedure (Announcement No. 6 of 2017).
