Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Issues Concerning the Accelerated Depreciation of Fixed Assets for Enterprise Income Tax Treatment

This notice addresses the tax treatment of accelerated depreciation of fixed assets for enterprise income tax purposes. As of May 29, 2016, Article 5 of this notice has been abolished pursuant to Announcement No. 34 of 2016 of the State Administration of Taxation.
