Notice of the State Taxation Administration on Certain Tax Treatment Issues in the Implementation of Enterprise Income Tax

This notice addresses specific tax treatment issues under the Enterprise Income Tax, and as of March 24, 2025, Article 3 is repealed pursuant to the State Taxation Administration's Decision on Announcing the Repeal and Amendment of Certain Tax Department Regulations and Normative Documents (Order No. 59).
