Notice on the Publication of the List of Public Welfare Social Groups Eligible for Pre-tax Deduction of Public Welfare Donations for 2008 and the First Batch of 2009

This notice jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the Ministry of Civil Affairs announces the list of public welfare social groups that qualify for pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations for the years 2008 and the first batch of 2009.
