Notice of the State Administration of Taxation on Issues Concerning the Determination of General VAT Taxpayers for Small-Scale Taxpayers with Sales Exceeding the Standard in 2009

This notice addresses the determination of general VAT taxpayer status for small-scale taxpayers whose sales exceeded the standard in 2009. It has been fully annulled by Announcement No. 34 of 2016 of the State Administration of Taxation.
