根据《国务院办公厅关于做好规章清理工作有关问题的通知》（国办发[2010]28号），我局对税务部门规章进行了全面清理。清理结果已经2010年11月26日第2次局务会议审议通过。现将《税务部门现行有效 失效 废止规章目录》予以发布。<br>
