Notice on Exemption of Import Tax for Materials Imported for Offshore Oil and Gas Extraction During the 12th Five-Year Plan Period

This notice exempts import duties and taxes on materials imported for offshore oil and gas extraction in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, as jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation.
