5月11日，国家市场监督管理总局副局长束为会见来访的老挝工业与贸易部副部长玛诺通·翁塞。<br> 双方就计量、标准化和合格评定等议题进行交流，一致同意加强上述领域合作，为中老命运共同体建设作出贡献。<br> 会后，双方共同签署《中华人民共和国国家市场监督管理总局（国家认证认可监督管理委员会）与老挝人民民主共和国工业与贸易部（国家标准理事会）关于合格评定领域合作的谅解备忘录》。<br> 总局相关司局负责同志参加会见。
