5月20日，国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文与俄罗斯联邦反垄断局局长马克西姆·沙斯科利斯基签署《中华人民共和国国家市场监督管理总局与俄罗斯联邦反垄断局谅解备忘录（2026—2027）》。<br> 该备忘录旨在落实中俄政府间反垄断执法和竞争政策领域合作协定，约定了双方交流反垄断和反不正当竞争、广告领域信息，开展具体案件执法交流协作与边境合作等，以促进两国经济健康有序发展。
