General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 170 of 2023 on Matters Concerning the Criteria for Identifying Dishonest Enterprises

This announcement stipulates that non-declaration enterprises whose non-intentional violations of customs regulations result in administrative penalties within one year will not be recorded as part of the credit status for identifying dishonest enterprises. The policy is effective from December 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025.
