Reply of the General Office of the State Council on the Issue of Approval Authority for Border Trade and Labor Personnel from Hulunbuir League and Xilin Gol League to Travel to Adjacent Countries' Border Areas

This document approves the request of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to grant Hulunbuir League and Xilin Gol League the authority to independently approve border trade and economic cooperation personnel traveling to adjacent countries' border areas, as well as invitations for personnel from those areas to visit the leagues.
