State Council's Official Reply on the Issue of Shanxi Province's Local Coal Self-Export Rights

This document approves Shanxi Province's request to self-export 2 million tons of local coal annually for the last three years of the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, subject to price coordination by China National Coal Import and Export Corporation and the fulfillment of national coal export plans.
