Reply of the State Council on the Establishment of Mudanjiang Customs

This document approves the establishment of Mudanjiang Customs as a division-level institution, with a staff quota of 30 personnel to be transferred from within the customs system and local party and government organs, and specifies that office and living facilities, startup costs, and transportation shall be provided by Heilongjiang Province.
