Reply of the General Office of the State Council on the Addition of Foreign Advisors to the Shanghai WTO Affairs Consulting Center

This document approves the request of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government to appoint three foreign nationals as advisors to the Shanghai WTO Affairs Consulting Center, and instructs that relevant work be conducted under the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
