2026年7月5日，我国在海南商业航天发射场使用长征八号甲运载火箭，成功将上海垣信卫星科技有限公司（以下简称垣信卫星）的20颗“千帆星座”组网卫星送入预定轨道，发射任务取得圆满成功。<br> “千帆星座”是垣信卫星自主研发建设、商业化运营的低轨卫星互联网星座，使用Ku、Q/V等频段，主要提供宽带通信、互联网接入等服务，目前已累计发射238颗卫星。执行本次任务的长征八号甲运载火箭由中国运载火箭技术研究院抓总研制，是在长征八号火箭基础上，面向中低轨道卫星组网发射需求改进的中型运载火箭。<br> 前期，工业和信息化部指导完成了相关卫星的国内频率协调，批量颁发了空间无线电台执照和无线电频率使用许可，为“千帆星座”项目的顺利实施提供了有力支撑。
