China successfully launched the Haiyang-2E ocean dynamics satellite from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on July 2, 2026, to replace the Haiyang-2B and ensure continuous global ocean observation data. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology provided frequency and orbit resource support through coordination and licensing.

2026年7月2日，我国在酒泉卫星发射中心使用长征四号乙运载火箭，成功将海洋二号E星送入预定轨道，发射任务取得圆满成功。<br> 海洋二号E星是《国家民用空间基础设施中长期发展规划》中的业务卫星，是一颗海洋动力环境极轨卫星，将接替海洋二号B星，保证观测数据的连续性，实现对全球海洋动力环境的稳定可靠探测。<br> 前期，工业和信息化部按照国际规则和我国有关规定，指导相关卫星操作单位开展频率协调，颁发了空间无线电台执照和无线电频率使用许可，为卫星成功发射提供了频轨资源支撑保障。
