又一位 95 后大模型一号位。<br>

近日，大模型领域技术专家孙天祥正式加入百度，就任基础模型研发部（BMU）负责人。<br>
孙天祥此次同时进入百度模型委员会（BMC），从研发 MOSS 到提出 MaaS 再到其后续创业方向，他的学术与产业路径与百度基础模型的战略投入方向高度契合。<br>
孙天祥此前创业项目日行迹的首轮投资人韩锐评价他，“他绝对是心中有火的人。”<br>
此前，百度分别成立基础模型研发部（BMU) 和应用模型研发部（AMU），其中应用模型研发部由贾磊负责。<br>
孙天祥作为年轻的大模型领域技术专家，在博士期间他是类 ChatGPT 开源大模型 MOSS 的主导者，并在国际上提出了 Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) 概念，孙天祥在 ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、ACL、NAACL 等 AI 顶会发表论文四十余篇，博士期间先后在 Amazon AI Lab、上海人工智能实验室等机构实习，积累了从自然语言处理到大规模语言模型训练与工程化的丰富实战经验。<br>
过去一段时间，百度在 AI 组织架构和人才梯队上持续迭代：设立百度模型委员会、多批次引入年轻技术力量，围绕基础模型的系统性人才布局逐步成型。<br>
