2026年6月24日，巴黎俱乐部在法国巴黎举行第十三届巴黎论坛年会，会议围绕主权债务处理历史经验与未来展望等议题进行了讨论。财政部副部长廖岷出席会议并发言。廖岷重点指出，中方高度重视发展中国家债务问题，在帮助发展中国家缓解债务压力过程中作出积极贡献，呼吁各方践行多边主义，坚持发展的观点，共同帮助发展中国家从根本上解决债务问题。 <br>
会议期间，廖岷参加了法国经财部部长莱斯屈尔举行的部长级午餐会，同时分别会见了法国经财部财政总署署长杜蒙、经济合作与发展组织副秘书长鲁日奇卡和首席经济学家斯卡佩塔、世界银行副行长帕布洛和国际货币基金组织非洲部主任泽丹，就共同关心的全球经济失衡、中法双边经济关系、产业补贴、非洲国家债务等问题交换了意见。
