凤凰网科技讯 6月26日，比亚迪法务部发布公告，通报多起针对公司的网络侵权案件维权进展。共有5个网络账号因发布侮辱性、诽谤性或贬毁性言论被判构成名誉侵权或商业诋毁，须公开道歉并赔偿经济损失。<br> 其中，“虎狼说车”被判赔偿21万元；“正仁说车”赔偿10万元；“固态电池来了”赔偿10万元；“987疯狂奶爸”散布偷工减料、质量问题的虚假信息，赔偿8.5万元；“小雨不懂车”诽谤销量造假、财务造假，赔偿5.5万元。另有“坂道kaka”“河马战神”等多个账号因发布贬毁性言论同样被判侵权，须公开道歉并赔偿。<br> 比亚迪还重申，为打击网络黑公关乱象，对符合条件的线索提供者给予5万至500万元奖励，长期有效。比亚迪表示始终尊重并接受社会监督，但网络并非法外之地，将持续以法律手段维护企业合法权益。
