6月26日，第一财经独家获悉，在美团股东大会上，美团CEO王兴表示，他个人从公司成立到现在一股都没有卖过，而且没有卖股的计划。<br>
王兴提及此前关于转让相关股票的情况，表示2021年捐出个人持股的10%注入相关基金会，完全是公益目的，而且是不可撤销的。<br>
