政府采购法修订草案6月23日提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十三次会议初次审议。 <br> 政府采购法修改坚持党的领导，坚持问题导向，坚持权责统一，坚持稳中求进，系统完善政府采购体制机制，为统一市场基础制度规则、构建全国统一大市场提供法治保障。 <br> 修订草案共10章104条。修改的主要内容包括：调整优化法律适用范围，强化政府采购政策功能作用，加强全过程管理，推动交易规则规范高效，完善公平竞争机制，强化权力监督与制度反腐等。 <br> （记者：申铖）
