Chinese Scientists Answer Whether Goji Berry Soaking in a Thermos Is Effective

A research team from the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, found that three common ways of consuming goji berries—soaking in water, soaking and eating, and eating directly—failed to significantly improve bone density, bone microstructure, or muscle endurance in naturally aging mice. The study was published in the Journal of Nutrition.
