Hainan Free Trade Port Records 1.654 Million Entries and Exits in Six Months Since Island-Wide Customs Clearance

This article reports that since the full island-wide customs clearance operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port began on December 18, 2025, a total of 1.654 million entries and exits were recorded by June 18, 2026, a 31.2% year-on-year increase, driven by visa-free policies and expanded international air routes.

记者从海口出入境边防检查总站获悉，自2025年12月18日海南自由贸易港启动全岛封关运作至2026年6月18日零时，海南累计检查出入境人员165.4万人次，同比增长31.2%，其中入出境外国人91.3万人次，同比增长36.1%。<br>
海口出入境边防检查总站边防检查处副处长饶俊介绍，海南自由贸易港启动全岛封关运作以来，海南持续保持全国总体最优的免签政策体系，全球86国公民凭普通护照即可免签入境。与此同时，海南不断织密国际航空网络，空港国际客运航线通达东北亚、东南亚、欧洲、大洋洲等多个重点区域。宽松便利的免签政策叠加四通八达的航线网络，让世界各地旅客来琼旅游观光、商贸往来、探亲访友、康养医疗、参会参展变得更加轻松便捷。据统计，入境外籍旅客主要来自俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、新加坡等国家。<br>
