2026年6月12日，博山区某快餐店内发生一起治安案件，公安机关接警后迅速介入处置，依法立案并开展走访调查、证据固定及伤情鉴定等工作。

经查，6月12日12时许，苏某（男，49岁）、徐某（女，36岁）就餐时与邻桌宋某（女，15岁）因口角先后发生肢体冲突。案件事实由现场视频监控、当事人陈述、证人证言等证据证实。6月17日，我局按照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》相关规定，给予苏某行政拘留五日处罚，给予徐某罚款处罚，对宋某不予处罚。
