近日，RT今日俄罗斯电视台总编辑玛格丽塔·西蒙尼扬与复旦大学中国研究院院长张维为对话时表示，中国很早就明白必须将信息主权牢牢掌握在自己手中，而俄罗斯是在经历了一系列现实冲击后，才逐渐意识到这一点。

西蒙尼扬坦言，“中国从未对西方抱有幻想，这一点俄罗斯现在才看清”，中国在这方面超越了俄罗斯，她对此“感到羡慕”。

她指出，早期俄罗斯曾对西方模式抱有强烈期待，但随着时间推移，人们逐渐意识到部分平台也可能被用于舆论影响，“只是当我们真正看清这一点时，已经为时已晚。”
